David Leber has been helping individuals, families, and businesses since 1996 in the areas of life insurance, disability insurance, health insurance for individuals and businesses, and college and retirement planning.
As an independent agent since 1999, his business philosophy was that of being in the “Broker Environment” where he could shop the rates for his clients with numerous companies in the marketplace, thus guaranteeing his clients the best product at the best rate for their situation.
In 2011 David formed the corporation “Horizon Insure Inc.” adding the lines of Homeowners, Automobile, Business, and Commercial insurance to his Product Portfolio for his clients. Now all of Horizon Insures’ clients can have all of their Insurances bundled under one (Horizon Insure, Inc.) umbrella with the peace of mind that they are getting the best rate and the best product for their specific situation EVERY YEAR, Also in November 2011 David formed a partnership with Street Road Insurance where he is able to utilize a multi carrier contract which currently holds 26 Carrier Contracts to shop homeowners and auto, and over 30 for commercial/ business insurance for our clients. David has now become a Partner in Street Road Insurance.
At Street Road Insurance it is our goal to build business relationships through due diligence and hard work by securing the best products and rates by surveying the entire marketplace for our clients.

Ron has been protecting Families and Businesses for over 35 years. Ron started at Prudential in 1987 where he began helping families with Homeowners, Auto, Life, and Disability Insurance. After a 10 Year career with Prudential Ron decided on becoming an Agency Owner and purchased an All State Agency in 1997 where he Flourished as an Agency Owner for 14 years. Ron qualified for All States Highest Sales Honors continuously over his 14-year career. After 14 years with All State Ron decided to take his next step in the Insurance Industry to that of a “Broker”. Where Ron could offer his Clients multiple options in the Marketplace rather than being stuck with 1 Carrier and 1 Carrier’s rates.
In 2010 Ron created Street Road Insurance and Tags where he developed a brokerage environment where he was able to provide multiple carrier options for his clients and is able to re-shop all his carriers every year to ensure his clients get the best rate. For the past 10 years, Ron has developed this Brokerage Environment which continues to flourish and is growing stronger year after year. Ron also Co-Chairs a Non-Profit called “Least of Our Brothers” whose Mission is to provide Food and Clothing to the Homeless throughout Philadelphia and surrounding Areas. Ron’s Non-Profit has been awarded numerous Cash awards from some of our Best Carriers, rewarding the Non-Profit for its outstanding work with the Homeless in Philadelphia. Ron lives in Southampton, PA with his wife Michelle and 2 children Dillon and Rhet.
Dillon decided to join the Family Business in 2017. Worked with His dad for a year servicing insurance clientele and doing auto tag work and in 2018 Got his Insurance producers license. Dillon is now building his own book of business and continues to service the Insurance Clientele and Managing the Auto Tag Shop.
Alyssa attended Penn State University and studied Communications and Finance, after which she began her career with Street Road Insurance in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative and Auto Tag Specialist. Alyssa got Licensed in 2017 to become an Insurance Agent. Since then, Alyssa has started to grow her book of business as she continues to Manage the Tag Shop and Services of the Insurance Agency. Alyssa is married and lives in Holland PA with her Husband Paul and their 3 children, Paulie, Benny, and Charlotte Rose.
Beth attended Penn State University where her studies focused on Business Marketing and Management and Beth received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. After Graduating she found a Career in Corporate America with Coventry First, a Life Settlement company where she was an Account Manager and helped process cases from Start to Fruition. After a 10-year run with Coventry, Beth made the Jump into the Insurance Industry. Beth instantly excelled in the Insurance Arena where she promptly passed her Insurance Exams and began handling an entire portfolio of Employee Benefits for Dozens of Businesses. She now is the Employee Benefits Brokerage Director where she oversees all Employee Benefits Activity from implementation, servicing, claims, and Client Interaction. Beth continues to be the glue that keeps the Employee Benefits Brokerage together. Her efficiency and attention to detail are amazing as can be confirmed by our Clients.
Beth lives in Newtown PA, with her Husband Dave and 2 children, Maty and Jack.
Mike has a broad and varied background in the Insurance industry in Commercial, Personal, and Health insurance for the past 8 years. He has over 40 years of Management experience in the public and private sectors. A business professional who is a strategic planner and critical thinker who has demonstrated a short- and long-term perspective and approach in business. Mike entered the Insurance industry from a successful career in corporate real estate development; assisted in the development of new retail concepts such as Blockbuster Video, Parts America (Advance Auto), and others in the eastern part of the United States. Mike’s broad business experience gives him an in-depth understanding of the risk complexity in today’s business environment. He is always customer focus to ensure transparency in working with clients for the client’s best interest.
